Masculinity is in decline. There has been a significant generational decline in testosterone, sperm counts, and strength.1 Research suggests that you have 65% less testosterone and 50% less sperm than a man of your age had just 50 years ago.2,3
For the first time in American history, the majority of young men (age 18-29) no longer rate themselves as highly masculine, while 82% of their fathers (age 65+) still do.4 You are literally not the man your father and grandfather were.
The enemies of masculinity are a confluence of five forces which we refer to as ‘Deep Soy,’ to humorously label what is seriously diabolical. So let us call out our enemies here and now:
70% of adult Americans are now overweight or obese, and 88% have at least one metabolic dysfunciton (e.g. high blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.).5 These figures have literally blown up in the last few decades, due to the fact that 58% of calories in the American diet now come from ultra-processed food, which are simply designer drugs in food form that pack a 1-2 punch to your health.6,7

Even after controlling for obesity, testosterone and sperm count are still going down. That’s because we are being poisoned not just with junk food and oils, but literally junk in the form of microplastics and endocrine disrupting chemicals such as BPA & Phthalates.10 These ‘everywhere chemicals’ are in plastic bottles and aluminum cans (don’t be fooled by ‘BPA-free’, they’ve just replaced it with BPS), personal care products, non-stick cookware, waterproof clothing, fire-retardant fabrics, and even the receipts you touch which rapidly absorb through your skin.
These chemicals are often ‘ xenoestrogens’, estrogen-mimicking compounds which bind to the estrogen receptor and feminize men.11 This environmental pollution is so pernicious it's even affecting newborn boys, who are literally born less physiologically male, and even man’s best friend (dogs), who are also seeing a decline in sperm count.
Online telemedicine clinics that focus on primarily selling controlled or addictive substances operate quasi-legally and do not tell you the truth: TRT is a treatment of last resort, because injecting “ testosterone is a contraceptive and should not be used in men who desire fertility.”12 Most men want to avoid their testicles shrinking and becoming dependent on external testosterone, since it suppresses your own natural production. Ironically, TRT makes you less of a man, since you become hooked on a drug and lose your virility in the process.
Traditional newspapers and magazines have been outcompeted by clickbait digital media, and so they have caved into following suit to become digital dopamine dealers. Dr. Cam popularized dopamine fasting around the world in order to combat the rise of behavioral addictions (to the internet, social media, gaming, pornography, gambling, shopping, sensation seeking, etc.).13 He called out media outlets like the NYT (which we call the ‘New Soy Times’), explaining the truth behind Why the Media Lies to You: they make up sensational headlines and stories in order to promote more clicks and profit off of your outrage, which is exactly why we need to ‘fast’ from their digital junk.14
Post-modernist philosophy, a cancerous outgrowth of Marxism/Leninism, has rebranded itself in the modern era as the 'woke'/social justice movement. Under the guise of diversity, inclusion, & equity, they advocate for active discrimination against men and majority groups, and call anyone who opposes their views as being a sexist, racist, or transphobe, attempting to ‘cancel’ men if they say the wrong pronoun. We consider cancel culture a hate crime akin to cyberbullying, and support intellectual freedom (as long as it's rooted in respect) and redemption (the right to make an honest living). The best way of achieving fairness is through meritocracy, not discrimination.
