I decided to start with some bloodwork just to see where I was at, and when I saw that my testosterone was
I decided to try the oral TRT+. I was skeptical at first because TRT shuts down your HPT axis, and can potentially mess with your fertility. That's a non-negotiable. But given that I knew where my friend lived (just kidding, I trust him), I begrudgingly enrolled in a trial for a TRT compound that maintains the HPT axis.
Best decision of my life. The dad bod is no more, I have switched up my diet, exercise is satisfying, my sex life is back, and I feel confident in every aspect of life. NO NEEDLES! I wouldn't have ever thought about TRT were it not for this. Now I just take my pills in the morning and go about my day.

I just started their oral TRT+ protocol a month ago during their soft launch. My mood has been great, strength has been phenomenal, and I have been more productive than ever before. The entire sign up process was easy and I was able to use my own blood tests. The support was so good that I feel spoiled whenever I reach out to other companies. If Best Buy had customer service like this, I'd be buying random electronics all the time.
Do check out their discord! I didn't realize how important it was to be amongst people who are on the same journey. The only downside is that I spend a little too much time on discord now.

Who should take this product?

How do I take this medication?
If prescribed, you'll apply the indicated amount daily to areas on your body with thin skin, and preferably not fatty areas. The scrotum, inner arms/wrists, lateral sides of the abdomen, and inner thighs are all areas that can work.
Alongside the TRT cream, you should take enclomiphene sublingually, which means placing it under your tongue for absorption. It's recommended to take the enclomiphene daily. It does not need to be taken with food.
What is the effect on liver enzymes?
TRT cream has minimal effects on liver enzymes, but since enclomiphene is mainly metabolized in the liver, patients with preexisting conditions affecting the liver should monitor the enzyme levels.
Elevations in liver enzymes, the prototypical sign of liver toxicity, were not seen with native testosterone.
What is the cost and what’s included?
The treatment cost for the Testosterone Replacement Protocol is dependent on whether you're subscribing monthly, quarterly, or annually. It includes doctor consultation and medication (if qualified). There are no membership fees, shipping fees, or additional charges for chatting with your doctor.
If you are not approved for treatment, you will be refunded the cost of medication.
Bloodwork is required to monitor progress and safety of the medication. This is required before you start, as a baseline, after your first month, and again after your third month. Each TRT at-home blood test is $149.99.

Can I use my previous blood tests to qualify?
Yes! If you have bloodwork from the last 6 months that shows Total Testosterone, SHBG (or free testosterone), LH, PSA, and Hematocrit (HCT), you can upload your results during the sign up process.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card to pay for Testosterone Protocol?
Maximus accepts Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
Using your HSA/FSA is easy. Simply use your HSA/FSA card as you would any other debit or credit card when providing your billing information.
HSA/FSA plans vary on what services they are willing to cover. If you are uncertain whether your plan covers Maximus' services, check with your plan administrator.
Does TRT cream have adverse side effects?
Side effects may include acne, change in libido, hair loss, increase in blood pressure, increase in hematocrit and hemoglobin, increase in PSA. PSA increases are negligible, minimal effect of blood pressure, and hematocrit increases are the lowest out of all forms of testosterone.
For those who are prone to hair loss, dutasteride can be requested from your provider. Dutasteride is a potent 5-alpha reductase inhibitor that prevents the conversion of testosterone to DHT, which is the main culprit in androgenic alopecia (male pattern baldness). An additional benefit of using dutasteride in combination with oral testosterone, is the increase in total testosterone without changing the dose of the oral testosterone.
How will this impact testosterone (free, total)?
Free testosterone measurement is a result of albumin, SHBG, and albumin, so increasing total testosterones will result in an increase in free testosterone given the other variables stay the same.
How long until I see a difference in my testosterone levels?
Individual results may vary; TRT cream results are usually seen in the first few weeks. Enclomiphene’s effects on testosterone and suppression mitigation can be seen within 28 days.
Oral enclomiphene citrate raises testosterone and preserves sperm counts in obese hypogonadal men, unlike topical testosterone: restoration instead of replacement.
Do I have to worry about estrogen-related side effects like gynecomastia?
TRT can cause estrogen-related side effects like gynecomastia. Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMs), such as enclomiphene. Enclomiphene functions by selectively inhibiting estrogen at specific receptors, including those found in breast tissue. This mechanism aids in preventing the development of breast tissue that can result from elevated levels of estrogen.
How is this different than TRT and the use of SERMS individually? Will I still maintain fertility?
Our combination therapy offers the best of both worlds. On one hand, it capitalizes on the impressive benefits of TRT, leading to a substantial surge in testosterone levels that directly boost libido, mood, energy, strength, and recovery. Enclomiphene Citrate Improves Hormone Levels While Preserving Sperm Production in Men With Secondary Hypogonadism.
How many labs do I need to take? What type of labs? Can I bring my own labs?
You will need to take baseline labs encompassing Testosterone, LH, FSH, SHBG, Estradiol, HCT, and TPSA to deem eligibility for treatment. All these tests can be conveniently completed using Tasso devices, which are at-home blood test kits. We will send kits to you together, making it easy and efficient for you to complete all the required tests at once.
You can bring your own labs as long as the test was completed within the last 6 months of screening for treatment eligibility.
Treatment requires a baseline lab, a lab after your first month, after your third month, and annually thereafter.
How does work if I’m currently on TRT? Enclomiphene? Clomid?
If you are currently on TRT, enclomiphene, or clomid, a cessation period is not required.
For those currently using enclomiphene, continue taking your medication. You may be instructed to adjust your dosage to a level determined by your healthcare provider.
Do I refrigerate or freeze this product?
There's no need to refrigerate or freeze this product. We recommend storing the medication in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. This helps to maintain the effectiveness and quality of the product over time. Ensuring it's kept in these conditions will help in preserving its potency and safety
How does the Maximus TRT Gel compare to Androgel?
While Androgel works well for some men, its ability to raise total testosterone numbers is limited. The gel TRT formula we offer is formulated with a superior base for better absorption. This formula shows consistently higher testosterone numbers when applied correctly.
Is there a risk of transference to women or children?
Yes, transference is possible, use caution to avoid exposure. Wash your hands after application of the gel. Cover the area with clothing. For extra protection, you can wash the area 2 hours after application. Doing so any earlier may interfere with absorption.
