Hormones Matter
I never knew hormones played such a key role in attitude, daily emotional health and general well being. I appreciate the king protocol and I'm also taking the building blocks - it's been great so far.
I've accomplish more on the 2 months I've been on the protocol than I have in the last 2 years.

Building Blocks for the win!
Building Block is the best thing I've ever done. I've taken various different supplements throughout the years including bigger names like Athletic Greens and nothing hits like BB does. I also have a d3 deficiency. So far it seems that when my d3 gets low like when BB is out of stock all my inflammation and shoulder pain comes back. Anyway, I think BB is the best product literally ever. Better than king but that's me.

It works!
The whole process was simple to start. I signed up, got partnered with a doctor, and got my initial blood test sent. Once I completed that and sent it back, my results came to me in a couple days and I had my prescription sent to me shortly after. I am on the protocol and the building blocks vitamin. After 45 days I took the second blood test and when I got the results I had DOUBLED my total and free T! Aside from numbers, I feel much more energized in life. My focus has improved greatly and I don't feel like I am in a fog day to day. My need for caffeine has gone and I went from 3-4 coffees a day to none unless I really want one for the taste. Overall, I love it. The medication gave me no issues and the added building blocks vitamin is great.

Currently the Maximus Building Blocks supplement is only available with a subscription to Maximus Protocols.
As a benefit to subscribers, it is made available at a discounted rate when included in your subscription.
Why do some ingredients in Building Blocks exceed the Recommended Daily Values (RDV)?
Many RDV values are set based on the absolute bare minimum amount of a vitamin or mineral for survival, not necessarily health optimization.
Why does Building Blocks include 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3?
Internal testing found that 66% of Maximus customers in Los Angeles were deficient and 100% were sub-optimal.
Interventional study showed increasing blood Vitamin D levels from 15 to 49 ng/mL resulted in significant: 28% increase in Testosterone, 20% decrease in estradiol, 35% decrease in PTH, 10% decrease in A1c, decrease in BMI, & improved erectile function.
10,000 IU ensures nearly everyone gets the optimal range, and is in within the upper tolerable limit so toxicity is unlikely.
