What are the other health side effects I should be considering?

How much weight, specifically, can I expect to lose?
Combined with dietary changes and exercise, patients can expect to lose an average of 14.9%, but can lose up to 20% of their weight. If you are starting off at 225 lbs, you can expect to lose almost 34-50 lbs over the span of a little over a year.
How long until I see results?

As a result, switching medications will require you to begin at the lowest dose and titrate upwards in strength to determine how your body will react to the drug.
